🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible Items & Timeframe

Most items are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, with tags, and originally bought from UrbanVibe.
Fees & Refund Timing

Mail returns: $8 processing fee deducted from your refund.

Returns Bar drop-offs: $4 fee.

Exchanges: No processing fee.

Refund is issued after the first carrier scan and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

For damaged or incorrect goods, email Customer Experience with a photo and your order number so they can assist.
Self‑Ship Returns

You can ship items back yourself (instead of using their prepaid label). Include a note with your full name, order number, and whether you want store credit or a refund.
