Ordering & Payments

  • Why isn't my payment going through?
    Ensure your billing ZIP code matches the card’s registration. Also, orders must be over $0.50 to process.

  • When will I be charged?
    Your card is charged immediately at purchase. (They don’t store payment info for security) 


📦 Shipping & Tracking

  • How long before my order ships?
    Processing takes 1–4 business days, then shipping depends on location.

  • How do I track my order?
    You'll get a separate email with a tracking number. Check your spam/promotions folder. Or log into your account and view order status.


🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible Items & Timeframe

  • Most items are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase.

  • Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, with tags, and originally bought from UrbanVibe.

Fees & Refund Timing

  • Mail returns: $8 processing fee deducted from your refund.

  • Returns Bar drop-offs: $4 fee.

  • Exchanges: No processing fee.

  • Refund is issued after the first carrier scan and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • For damaged or incorrect goods, email Customer Experience with a photo and your order number so they can assist.

Self‑Ship Returns

  • You can ship items back yourself (instead of using their prepaid label). Include a note with your full name, order number, and whether you want store credit or a refund.
